Coordination of onsite automation and robotics installation, integration and ramp up.

• Onsite coordination of all Systems related activities
• This project is food processing related
• Deep freezing cooler high-bay ASRS with low oxygen environment

Onsite management includes:

• Overseeing integration of LTW Intralogistics stacker crane AS/RS and Prime conveying systems, Advance Rover system and Octopus wrapper
• Pallet transportation system consists of shuttle based Rover system through out the building by Advance Storage Products.
• Coordination of 3rd party suppliers
