If needed one of our partners can change or design and/or implement partial or complete warehouse management models with PLC controlled equipment like conveyor systems and automated stacker systems (AS/RS).

System Design/Electrical control design

We can help or organize PLC panel layout, Schematic drawings, Control power distribution drawings, Communications wiring, Communications cable schedules.

Process control programming

Programs will be tested in house before going to site. PLC Programming will be done using Siemens Step 7 software, latest revision.

Start-up and commissioning

Includes assisting of electrical contractor. Support of start-up and check-out of all system functions prior to production operation. We can handle the commissioning of system functions during production ramp up.

Further it can include the updating program documentation and/or customer operator orientation and training.
